Testimonial – “Being able to play such a wide variety of examples (5) of the specific model we preferred to purchase gave us additional confidence in our decision.”
Working with customers and helping them select the piano that is right for them is always one of the most exciting parts of a workday! This family was seeking to purchase a Steinway & Sons Model B for their son. Our team worked with the family in selecting a Model B out of a broad selection of instruments that varied in age and characteristics. They were kind enough to send in a testimonial about the piano and their experience working with Chupp’s Piano Service. We wish them many happy years of musical enjoyment!
We had a wonderful experience with Chupp.
When I first contacted Chupp I was put right through to Tim. We were looking for a Steinway Model B. When I told Tim this he told me about what pianos they had on hand as well as some that they knew they would soon be receiving. Chupp had 5 Steinway model Bs that they had or could have available in the next week. We agreed to a time when our son, the pianist in the family, could come and try out the pianos. Tim and his father Dennis were both there when we arrived. It was later than their normal hours but they accommodated our late arrival meeting. Our son played all 5 of the Steinway B models as well as several other Piano while we were there. Dennis and Tim were there the whole time, responding to any questions we had on each piano and offering suggestions on things to pay particular attention to. The showroom was great with well over 20 pianos on display.
Being able to play such a wide variety of examples (5) of the specific model we preferred to purchase gave us additional confidence in our decision. One was a Hamburg model, which are fairly rare around here.
We ultimately decided to get a 2001 model that was in super condition. We’ve been very happy since delivery one month ago. Tim walked us through every step of the way, the paperwork was easy. And The delivery of our new piano, as well as the hauling away of our old piano at the same time, could not have been easier. We highly recommend Chupp’s. We are enjoying our new piano every day.
